A - Pours a burnt caramel, rich garnet color with a generous, creamy white head.
S - Intense citrus, piney aroma. A hard-to-place mixture of fruit but complex citrus, mango, slight garlic, and berry.
T - Big mango, citrus, berry that quickly changes to big, mellow pine. Nicely dry with a rich malt background and slight creamy sweetness that compliments the hops well.
M - Moderate, round bitterness that lingers. Richly bodied. Creamy.
O - Excellent. A great showcase of mosaic and wonderful big ol' Amber for the cold weather.
