Appearance: pours a golden yellow color. forms a white head about half a finger high. fades pretty quickly and leave the slightest lacing. perfect clarity and a strong brightness.
Smell: light floral honey, low malt profile with some bread-like malts. low citrus aroma, possibly from light hopping.
Taste: opens up with a little bit of malts. mostly light and grainy, somewhat bready. honey takes over and dominates most of the taste. mostly a floral honey but some lemongrass taste as well. low noble hop character and no alcohol.
Mouthfeel: light and slightly syrupy. strongly sweet, low bitterness.
Overall: not bad but certainly a little tough to drink a pint of. the flavor is nice but lacks a bit of balance and could use a little more outside of honey to add some extra complexity. the sweetness is a bit overwhelming.

Should call it a honey-weizen. Very hefeweizen-ish, honey was very prevalent, not bad, just very odd for a braggot
