The beer pours some nice white fizzy head that dissipates quickly. The beer itself is a nice clear copper color that has an orangish hue about it. It looks but seems to lack a little soul.

The smell is good even if it is a bit one-noted. The beer smell is a nice bitter and slightly sweet orange note that runs through it. There also happens to be a slight onion note to but not much to note. Not much of a malt note. Just a nice, simple orange citra hop note.

The taste is just like the smell. It's one long bitter orange citra hop note from beginning to end. The beer has a nice slight onion taste as well but it gets lost in the orange notes.

The feel is good. It's a nice medium bodied beer that has a nice and smooth feel from beginning to end. The carbonation also adds a nice tingling texture to it.

Overall, a pretty good and simple IPA. The notes are straight forward and potent enough to enjoy. The guys at Dominion really knew what they were doing. Go for it while you can still get it.

From a growler, pours a mostly clear coppery orange. About a finger of foam leaves a little lacing. Smell is initially a strong catty, sweaty dank. The slightest undercurrent of onion. I happen to be a big fan of this profile. I get it, it's not everyone's cup of pee. But I dig it. A bit of orange and malt as it warms, but the hops carry the day.

Taste is fruit, grass and a touch of tart lemon. Feel is medium-ish. Maybe a touch under-carbed. Very light bitterness in the finish.

Overall an enjoyable IPA, lots of aroma and flavor in a reasonably crushable format. Nice job guys!

Growler same day:
Pours an orange copper color with an okay buildup of head. Nucleated glass sustains a thin film of bubbles, medium thick rim. Sheets of bubbles return to the surface quickly.

Nose is medium and a little "catty" moreso than garlicky/oniony. It's not as strong as some beers, but it's not a nose I care for too much.

Taste shows maybe a tad more of the vegetation notes than the feline. A generic and slightly sweet tropical note comes on next - maybe a little papaya and sweet melon if I had to take a stab. Nearing the end, a pseudo-tart note hits signalling the oncoming of a little grapefruit rind bitterness that never gets too strong. With some considerable warming, the grapefruit impression grows somewhat.

Feel is a perfect medium - as I neither feel it is too heavy or too light. Carbonation might be a tad light on the tongue, if I were to pick. Could maybe use a little more lasting bitterness in the long run, as well.

A somewhat lightly bitter offering that reminds me of a closer to an APA version of a classic Stone Enjoy By. The hop profile isn't my favorite, but the fact that I can enjoy this beer despite that says something.
