Served on-tap in a clear glass tulip at the brewery.
A: Hazy amber-golden with short cap of off-white, fine bubbled head.
S: Honeyish maltiness with blasts of pineapple, grapefruit, grassiness, and herbal notes with softer pale malt background with a bit of light caramel
T: Grapefruit, mango, orange, and lemon-lime hop qualities jump out but don't have much intensity in the overall scheme. The maltiness is not overwhelming at all. The low bitterness is a detractor as it zaps intensity. Low bitterness.
M: Dry finish with medium body and carbonation.
O: Nothing wrong with the beer but just a bit too passive and needs higher intensity,
