Poured hard from a can into a pint glass, forming a a ton of foamy white head. Slightly hazy orange color with a hint of red. Head faded soon to nothing. Smell is a bit of blackberry, pretty subtle. Taste is definitely blackberry, but not overpowering. A little bit sour, but still enjoyable, even for me who's not huge on sour flavors. Light to medium bodied with somewhat sharp carbonation, even after the hard pour. Definitely a must have for anyone who likes blackberry.

12 oz. can dated 1/3/20. Poured into IPA glass.
L: Big soapy head with some retention but ends up leaving spotty lacing and a ring. Beer is a clear pink with visible carbonation bubbles.
S: Blackberries, a bit of yeast, coriander, sea air
T: Blackberries, slightly sour yeast, coriander.
F: Light bodied, highly carbonated. Very fresh and crisp. Well-balanced. Uber-drinkable.
O: Very nicely done, not quite in Aslin territory as fruit is a bit muted, but that is OK.

This is a very good gose. Very light carbonation with a mauve/taupe tinge to the color. Aroma is what you would expect from a sour but with blackberries coming through. Taste and feel is exceptional. Very easy drinking and appropriate for any season.

A - Hazy, dark orange body, with a thin white head that fades to an intermittent cap. Stringy line lacing runs down the glass.
S - Smart nose of berry and bright acidity. Quiet, but promises something tasty.
T - And the flavor delivers on the nose's promise - big blackberry flavor up front, a strong acidic bite, and a slightly saline berry jam trail. Yum.
M - Brisk carbonation, slightly puckering acidity, and a lingering tingle on the tongue. Bright!
O - The berry note reminds me of Berliner Weisse with syrup, but the result is more integrated, makes good use of the salt, and delivers a delicious take on the classic.

Wow - just wow. What a delightful gose! I'm a huge fan of goses and sours, and I picked up this TNBC Blackbery Gose the other day for a dinner party. I made an excellent choice!
The gose is crisp, but not overly intensely so. It's very slightly sweet, with a hint of salt and sour in there. It's not the sourest gose, nor the sweetest. But it finds its balance right in the middle without compromising anything. If you love sours and goses, my guess is that you'll like this. If you tend to like sweet drinks, you'll probably also like this. If you want an easy-drinking Saturday afternoon beer - this is the beer for you.

Pours reddish-orange with a thin white head that fizzes away rapidly. Smells tart, with a hint of blackberry, maybe a note of Jolly Rancher candy. Taste is tart with a little blackberry note to it. Crisp, light body. Pretty solid gose, a little sweet, a little tart, not terribly complex. Easy drinking.
