From the can, it pours a clear sunny yellow-gold color with a modest white head that soon diminishes to a ring. The nose gets a sour scent loaded with passion fruit. The mouth follows with a sour bite initially, followed by a fruity sourness in the cheeks leaving a lingering sour flavor in the cheeks.

10 oz pour at the Charlottesville location. Pours a clear light yellow with a fizzy head. Aroma and flavor feature wheat, moderate acidity, and fresh passionfruit flavor. Not just the tartness, but the sweet almost overripe undertones as well. Mouthfeel is spritzy and refreshing. Overall a really tasty passionfruit kettle sour.

Poured from the can into a pint glass in Arlington VA. The beer is a pure gold color with almost no head. Smell is slightly funky or dank somehow. Tropical passion fruit takes over, including the peel. Not much to balance. Taste is very sour, without much to balance the intensity of the passion fruit which is already quite sour. Finishes dry. Acidic feel. Ok but very cloying.

From the bottom of the can: "CANNED 04/11/22 ENJOY 10/08/22"
Appearance: The body is medium-gold with only the slightest touch of haze. It has a medium-large fluffy white head with very good retention.
Aroma: It has a very fruity aroma with a strong note of sulfur. It smells like mango, papaya, and peaches. The sulfur note is noticeable but the fruit character really elevates the beer to a point where it becomes unimportant. It also has this sour smell like opening up a warhead candy.
Taste: It has a very fruity and tart flavor up front. It has notes of mango, passion fruit, and papaya. Towards the middle of the mouth it picks up a little bit of citrus with some orange flavor, then as it finishes it has a light touch of peach and pear.
Mouthfeel: The tartness of the beer makes the mouth pucker and there is a bright accompanying acidity which works well with this beer. It has a very dry finish.
Overall: It is a very well made beer. It differs from some of the more standard Goses in that it feels much lighter and drier. The body and finish of the beer work in favor of it though. The label says "PASSIONFRUIT GOSE" and it does taste like passionfruit, along with other tropical fruits with a splash of citrus. It does have a bit of sulfur character to the beer but it compares closely to a natural cider, and it never becomes a hindrance. The beer is very good and the fruit notes work well with the tartness of the beer. I would highly recommend it to those who like fruity and tart beers, especially to those who enjoy a dry, real, cider. I would buy it again.

Canned on 05/21/19.
Well-executed fruit gose with inviting slightly bready/bread crust Pils malt backbone both in flavor and aroma with extremely tropical and lemon-lime fruit aroma which settles some on the flavor but is still refreshing while remaining Light body with heavy carbonation. Excellent example of a fruited gose.

Amazing aroma of passionfruit and a nice touch of skunkiness. Mild head and lacing. Taste is nicely sour passionfruit and orange. Mouth feel is tingly and refreshing and finish is relatively clean with a bit of citrusy souriness at the end

L) Pours a hazy amber color with a very small and ephemeral head.
S) The smell is delightful, very forward with acidic passion-fruit that prickles the nose. Incredibly inviting for fruit lovers.
T) The taste is very tart, with a clean and distinct passion-fruit profile. Other fruit notes are there, like guava and citrus, but there is no mistaking the juice they actually used in this brew.
F) This brew has a decent mouth-feel and is perfectly carbonated for the style. Very refreshing.
O) This is a very solid passion-fruit soured beer. I would recommend to anyone that enjoys easy drinking kettle sours or fruited tart beers.

L: Had this on-tap at Three Notch'd, poured into a pint glass. Had a pinkish-red color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was a small amount of foamy, off white head that quickly dissipated. Pretty good lacing.
S: A solid aroma of passion fruit (of course), sea salt, wheat, and some other light fruit.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of wheat (not overly noticeable), a lot of passion fruit (not overpowering), a good amount of sea salt, and little bit of citrus (lemon, I think). An extremely focused and direct flavor. It's definitely on the tart side, but this hardly matters. Pretty tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a lively finish. Light-bodied.
O: A very well made and drinkable gose. Sweet, light, and easy to drink.
