Can (canned 01/29, best by 04/28):
Pours clear but has a slight haze to the golden body in the glass. Modest head all around: build up, retention, lacing.
Light malt influence let’s the mostly herbal hops (spring onion, cilantro) have the day in the nose. Deep in the background I get some overripe grapefruit at times.
A clean and medium light body has similarly light malt flavors. Hops are not powerful, but lead to a light bitterness overall. A little bit of grapefruit zest in the taste balances the grassy, herbal, and piney hops. A nice, fairly balanced brew with a high “drinkability” factor have me enjoying this one.
