Poured moderately hard from a tall can into a snifter glass, forming three plus fingers of frothy off white head. Slowly faded to heavy lacing on a transparent gold/amber body. Smell is a bit of honey maybe, but definitely blonde stout, and very yummy. Tastes resembles the smell, with that slightly bready and very mild honey flavor, just a bit of sweetness. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation. Might be my favorite blonde stout actually, really pleased with this one.

The can states that this is a collaboration between Three Notch'd Brewing Co. and Tapped Crafthouse. It also notes that this is a "BLONDE STOUT."
From the bottom of the can: "CANNED 08/31/20 ENJOY 12/29/20"
Appearance: The body is copper colored with hints of both gold and golden-brown. The head is oversized, fluffy, and looks like cob-webs. There is a lot of lacing on the glass.
Aroma: At first there is an aroma of burnt toast, then coffee comes through. It has an early morning smell. Subsequent scents are similar but there is a note of floral soap. The floral note isn't strong enough to permeate into the earthy aromas but it is noticeable and ends up being nice in this beer.
Taste: Up front there is a flavor of coffee. This similar coffee character carries throughout the drinking experience. Towards the end there is a bit of chocolate.
Mouthfeel: It feels a bit chewy and on the positive side of medium. Carbonation is good.
Overall: It's a pretty solid beer. It has some decent coffee flavors mixed with an earthiness that makes it enjoyable. The body of the beer is done just right, giving it a texture that it needs to support the coffee. As a whole it is very enjoyable. I would drink it again and I would recommend it to people looking for a good example of a Blonde Stout.
