16oz can, wine glass, canned 1/7/21.
Completely hazed orangey yellow with a thick, small head with some lacing.
Herbal, fruit blossoms, soft peach, white pepper, and alcohol.
Pear and again very soft. Spicy and alcoholic. There really is a pepper note that tickles the throat a little. It’s accentuated by the alcohol.
Soft, smooth, medium body.
It’s a nice IPA and a hop I’d like to taste more of. I don’t think NEIPAs showcase single hops as well as drier, less yeasty styles.

From the can, it pours a hazy amber color with a nice white head that slowly reduces and leaves a bit of lacing. In the nose, it is a bit juicy, with citrus coming through. In the mouth, it is slightly spicy, citrusy and finishes with a trace of lemon.
