Poured hard from a can into a snifter glass, forming two or three fingers of brown head that slowly faded to mild lacing. Intense brown color, totally opaque. Smell is a bit of bourbon and chocolate, present but not in-your-face. Taste is similar, with a nice background of toasted malt and a balanced mix of bourbon and chocolate from beginning to end. Never gets too sweet, even when warm. Light to moderate carbonation with a slightly chewy medium body. Definitely enjoy this version of Biggie S'mores, no marshmallow to overpower everything.
