Good blanketing lace after each sip. Small head to start but it leaves rim bubbles. The liquid looks like pink grapefruit juice complete without even being opaque.
Strawberry and raspberry nose. Light salt. Lightly sweet, lightly tart.
Lowly carbonated with a juice-like body. The Gose starts sweet but becomes unsweetened raspberries in the aftertaste. The middle portion increases the sour flavors slowly. This beer is never extreme but it does hit all of the key elements. Normally, I'm not a Gose fan, but this is about as good as they can get.
