From the pint can, it pours a stygian dark brown/black with a modest brown head that diminishes to a nice ring and islands. The nose gets chocolate and vanilla. The mouth gets a roasted and black malt flavor with notes of chocolate and vanilla. The mouthfeel is a little heavier, but not creamy.
