12oz CANNED 07/22/24 poured into a mug at fridge temp 5.7% ABV. The beer pours bright copper tinted amber with very short lived eggshell colored head. The head disappears in 60 seconds and leaves nothing. The aroma is mild with heavily toasted malt, bordering on burnt whole grain toast. The taste is semisweet, mildly nutty, toasted whole grain and nondescript mild bitterness. A hint of astringency lingers after a sip. The feel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Mostly clean lagering. Overall, ok.

Purchased at the brewery, 12oz can into a glass. Can date 8/11/2020 (11 days old)
Nice amber color with an off-white head. Beautiful lacing. Tastes just like an Oktoberfest, no complaints.

12 ounce can, bottom of can stamp says canned on 08/26/19. Thanks to Brutaltruth and Darlene for this one! Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours a slightly hazy orange/amber color with about a half inch off-white head that didn't stick around for too long. There's a small amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like bready/grainy malt, earthy hops, toasted malt and caramel. For the most part I think the taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but the taste is sweeter than the aroma would lead you to believe. Starts off sweet/grainy tasting with the hops coming out more as the beer warms. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good enjoyable Oktoberfest brew, glad I got to try this one!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid Oktoberfest
pours a luminous glowing red tinged amber with a nice head
of off white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin light dusty
layer, and shows light lacing. Nose of toasted malts, biscuit,
light grain notes, and rich caramel with light herbal hop
notes. Flavors follow the nose but exceed by presentation with
a toasted biscuit malt flavor with sweet caramel malts and
light herbal hops giving balance with a light grain note.
Nice mouth feel; medium body, smooth, medium light
carbonation that gives some nice lift, and a balanced
moderately sweet finish.
Overall, a SOLID brew from a new to me brewery!
Cheers
