Pours a toffee brown with a finger of white foam on top. Transparency is slightly hazy the first half of the pour, but drops towards murky when the final ounces of the can are poured into the glass. Aroma is bready, biscuity, caramely, and earthy malts with some sticky resiny, herbal, and grassy hops behind. Yeast phenols add a bit of spiciness, grating a little bit of zest into the aroma. Clove adds a little extra nuttiness to the nose. Flavor profile hangs on a caramel note, coming up at the start and finish. Bready, biscuity malts, and herbal, spicy hops fill the voids, though the center is hollow, creating a little bit of a lacking sensation. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a very slim, smooth texture. Effervescence is minor. Overall, some great big malt notes, but it drinks a little hollow.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can.

From the 16oz can in a snifter. This nice weizenbock pours a
dark and muddled burnt auburn with a decent head of off white
foam that settles to a thin ring, thin dusty layer, and shows some
light lacing. Nose of muted breaded malts, subtle cherry, light
brown sugar. Flavors are more pronounced than the nose with
dark brown sugars, faint cherry, earthy malts, soft wheat notes,
and subtle herbal hops. Mouth feel is medium, light carbonation,
and finishing ever so slightly dry.

Overall, a nice bock.

Cheers

Edit 3/7/2022 - 4-pack of 16oz cans from Jungle Jim's
Deep amber color with a finger thick off white head, fair retention.
Very subtle aromas of bready malts.
Taste has wheat character with an ever so slight sweetness.
Moderate carbonation.
