Dex's Hazy Pale Ale

Brewed in collaboration with one of our beertenders, Baldo, this Hazy Pale Ale is dedicated to his late/great pup, Dexter. Brewed with pilsner malt and a ton of oats, this beer sees "early" additions of Idaho 7 and Citra, then we blast it with a strong cold-side helping of a trio of New Zealand hop varieties: Riwaka, Wai-iti and Waimea. The high oil content of those hops results in plentiful aroma/flavor, bringing big notes of tangerine, peaches, ripe apricot and pink grapefruit. A crushable, flavor-forward ale with tons of mouthfeel, we hope this will be a lasting tribute to a forever good boy... RIP Dex
