Wasn't sure what to expect going in, as this was my first time trying any of Echigo's beers.
Color was golden-amber, and it was very smooth in feel; not overly carbonated and very easy to drink. Taste was a touch sweet with very little bitterness, which makes sense given the style. Smell was pleasant and clean, with nothing really standing out. The name certainly feels appropriate, as it's overall quite gentle, almost "elegant."
Don't know if I'll get it again, but it definitely wasn't half bad.
