This is a new beer with the same worldview as NONBIRI-FUWARI WHITE BEER, which has a soft and relaxing taste, but arranged to be "NIKKORI and HOKKORI" and suitable for autumn.

Copenhagen 20/5 2022. 35 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Two Polar Bears roasting marshmallows and drinking dark beer on the red can.
Pours unclear amber with a big off-white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sourish sharp scent. Toasted dark malts, toffee and nuts. Sourish grains and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft and a bit smooth texture. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweetish but pleasant Brown Ale. I only miss the Marshmallow.
