Brewed with hibiscus and fresh ginger. Nose is floral, with a slight hint of ginger. At first sip, the salt and sour hit right away, but quickly mellow into a beautiful mixture of floral notes, with a very faint hint of ginger. It finishes wonderfully with all those floral notes tantalizing your palate.

16 ounce crowler into tulip glass, filled on 3/15/2020. Pours fairly hazy ruby red/pink color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a thin lace cap that lingers. Light spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/sour cranberry, strawberry, hibiscus, lemon, lime, peach, pear, green apple, red grape/wine, ginger, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of hibiscus, ginger, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tart/sour cranberry, strawberry, hibiscus, lemon, lime, peach, pear, green apple, red grape/wine, ginger, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, hibiscus tang, and light ginger spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour cranberry, strawberry, hibiscus, lemon, lime, peach, pear, green apple, red grape/wine, ginger, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Excellent complexity, robustness, and balance of hibiscus, ginger, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a grat malt/tart/sour/tangy balance, and minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering sour/tart/tangy. Medium-plus carbonation, and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy/saline, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 4.8%, with minimal lingering ginger spice heat after the finish. Overall this is an excellent spiced Gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of hibiscus, ginger, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the moderately acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic or salty. Great balanced juicy hibiscus, lacto complexity, salt, and ginger flavors; with a great clean pale/wheat malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example as expected of the brewery. No complaints!
