Blonde Ale w/Peaches, Cinnamon, & Vanilla. The Aroma of sweet peaches tantalize your nose sockets. Pale and hazy in color. A beautiful mixture of sweet peach, vanilla, and bread flood the palate and finish with the wonderful reminder of southern cobbler.

16 ounce crowler into tulip glass, filled on 9/15/2019. Pours slightly hazy medium golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky of white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lightly tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin, cinnamon, vanilla, graham cracker, toast, nuttiness, and biscuit dough; with lighter notes of pear, red apple, herbal, wood, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of peaches, cinnamon, vanilla, bready malts, and earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of big lightly tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin, cinnamon, vanilla, graham cracker, toast, nuttiness, and biscuit dough; with lighter notes of pear, red apple, herbal, wood, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; cinnamon spiciness; and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin, cinnamon, vanilla, graham cracker, toast, nuttiness, biscuit dough, pear, red apple, herbal, wood, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, cinnamon, vanilla, bready malts, and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness and tart/tangy fruit balance, with no astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly crisp/sticky/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.3%. Overall this is an excellent fruited/spiced blonde ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, cinnamon, vanilla, bready malts, and earthy hop flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with mellowly bitter/spicy/tart/tangy/drying finish. Awesome balance of juicy peaches, cinnamon, vanilla, clean malts, and earthy hops. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressively well made experimental style example. Tastes spot on to cobbler flavors, not overwhelming on any aspect.
