Crystal clear and dry as a bone! This west coast style IPA has a massive dry hop consisting of Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops! We used an enzyme that makes this beer a wonderful low calorie option!

16 ounce crowler into tulip glass, filled on 3/15/2020. Pours fairly crystal clear medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, strawberry, blueberry, gooseberry, coconut, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and pale malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, strawberry, blueberry, gooseberry, coconut, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, strawberry, blueberry, gooseberry, coconut, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 5.8%. Overall this is an outstanding brut IPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and pale malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish; fantastic soft feel and not aggressive. Awesome Citra, Mosaic, Cashmere profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great clean pale malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.
