Title: Minamishinshu Golden Ale
Appearance: Clear, light yellow, say 2 SRM. Has some lite looking carbonation. Perhaps its the style but the color is a bit ugly.
Smell: Dusty bread and passion fruit type aromas. The breweries house character.
Taste: Same as smell breadyness in the brown followed by a strong sweetness, and finishing dry with bitterness and a bit of hop flavor.
Mouthfeel: low carbonation and bitterness, very smooth going down. Perhaps a tad watery.
Drinkability: Very drinkable. Finishes dry and clear, low alcohol. Paired with yakitori and while not really shining, it heald up just fine and offered some sweetness against the salt and brushed away the fat on the chicken. Might make a good "starter" craft beer.
