Czech Pale Lager is a lighter-bodied, rich, refreshing, hoppy, bitter pale Czech lager having the familiar flavors of the stronger Czech Pilsner but in a lower alcohol, lighter-bodied, and slightly less intense format. This beer is also known as světlé výčepní pivo.
Wolf Lake Fresh Hop Czech Lager is brewed with Floor-malted Pilsner, Munich and Carapils malts. Mash-hopped and whirlpool hopped with fresh, whole cone Saaz hops from Myrtle Meadows Hops in Pemberton. Delicate, light and refreshing.

Initially on tap at brewery and can to go.
Clear bright golden pour (touch of chill haze) with two fingers of creamy/tight bubbly white head.
Nose is grassy, slightly floral - grainy cereal malt, biscuity - spicy herbal hops.
Biscuity malt sweetness on the palate with grassy, floral flavours giving way to spicy hops with a crisp herbal bitterness.
Brightly carbonated giving a crisp light medium mouthfeel with a refreshing lingering bitterness.
Delicious and a treat at 4%.
