Bought in Kawaguchi Japan after a visit to Mt. Fuji. Took a few quick notes on smell and taste as well as some rough ratings and jotted them down.
Poured from the bottle into a pint glass.
S: Clove and banana bread with some gingerbread and spice throughout. Solid aroma.
T: Subtle flavor. Banana bread spices and some solid clovey spicy notes in there. Citrus underneath but not very strong. Pineapple rounds with molasses.
Overall, good attempt here and very drinkable. Very good, just not an absolute standout.
