Palest gold with a finger of loose white bubbles.
Some musty grain and citrus Sour Patch Kids.
Table water crackers for a second then powdery, aggressive citrus + lychee hops.
Rotten lemon finish and fizzy lolly linger.
Thin, flaccid, barely any chew.
Beerd is a Bath-owned gastropub; it also seems to me like Bath is established enough to need a Trojan Horse spinoff badge for their American-style "craft" releases.
Not that it helps - this is watery, underhopped yet oddly sharp, lacks snap, and is way too tamely flavored for this strength by UK standards.
Not fooling anyone - still a subpar brewery with better labels than beer.
