A "Brut" inspired Triple IPA brewed with a special enzyme that allows the beer to finish bone dry like champagne. Fruit-forward IPA with low bitterness and a dry, effervescent finish. Aromas of ripe mango, citrus zest, and juniper berries accompanied by a soft mouthfeel and a touch of booze. Brewed with English barley, malted oats, Cascade, Citra, Galaxy, and Azacca hops.
