DATE: July 22, 2021... OCCASION: watching Derry Girls with Shan after having my butt handed to me by the boys in Nintendo Wii--they grow up so fast... GLASSWARE: Wychwood Hobgoblin pint... pours a dark golden body that teems with tiny bubbles... its head becomes a frothy, white, thick and resilient... caramel, mango, papaya and strong perfume scents meet the nose... each sip is an easy one, light rattle on the teeth and a soft finish... a bit oily, which suggests its hoppiness... its flavor profile is faint but appreciable... papaya and mango mesh with the oats and wheat to create a soft, easy-drinking summer slammer...

Pours a bronze color, with a large lacing head. Crisp malty aroma. Flavor is sweet, nice hoppy zip, and citrus fruits. Decent body. Overall a nice session ipa, a little on the sweeter side.
