This intensely malty strong ale is the perfect way to celebrate our sixth anniversary! Expect flavors of caramel, toffee, raisin, and stone fruit with a warming sensation after each sip. It’s the ideal sipper to enjoy fresh or carefully age and enjoy at a later date.

Poured from a can at approximately fridge temp. Might be slightly warmer as it just arrived from @dim today. Pours a nice reddish brown with almost white head. The nose is toffee, bread, maple candy, pear, slight apple, and nice malts.
The taste is really nice. So smooth. It's so nice to have a straight up English barleywine without any adjuncts or barrel aging. Toffee, grainy bread, wheat, grass, clove, raisins, and biscuits. Super smooth and drinkable. Very much enjoying this one.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied, with a very subtle sweetness on the aftertaste.

This is a really nice straight-up English barleywine. There is a lot of rich caramel at the forefront, loving that. The fruit notes of figs and raisins are sugar coated and quite candy like with some hints of cinnamon as well.
