A traditional Irish-style dry stout brewed with flaked and roasted barley. Pleasantly roasty with a slight chocolate finish.

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is near black, head is light tan with fine bubbles and dense one finger thick head.
Smell is light but bitter chocolate, light roast, earth, subtle sour note.
Taste is slightly forward cocoa, some roast, base malt, earthy hops, more chocolate as it warms.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation / smoothed by nitro, moderate sweetness, low bitterness but acidic undertone.
Overall a commendable dry stout with a moderate cocoa/chocolate flavor.
