Flaked rice gives this Cold IPA its signature light body and pale color. That light body lets the hops shine, presenting flavors of grapefruit, pine, and candied orange.

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is straw, nearly transparent, head is off white with fine to frothy small bubbles, head dissipates to solid top and some lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is crisp, clean, hoppy - toasted malt, light grain and biscuit, hops pine, earth, light citrus.
Taste is similar with toast, grain, biscuit, pine, earth, light citrus; rice addition keeps this crisp and light.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a crisp, clean dryer IPA.
