Jen’s Brewing Directive required her to brew a “clone” of a commercially available beer. She fermented a strong, pale base with 35 pounds per barrel of Golden Delicious apple puree. After fermentation, she infused her beer with apple juice concentrate.

WBCB25: Jen's Wicked Apple pours a hazy yellow color, with little head. The aroma has fresh apple notes. The flavor is a little light, but it's fresh and reminiscent of red apples. Good feel.
