Nice stab at a Mexican Stout with excellent pepper spice coming through. Not perfect by any means, head is limited, viscosity is below average, but this has a beautiful bouquet of coffee and chocolate that leads to a delicious blend of java, chocolate, and hot pepper notes. Cinnamon is very limited in the flavor profile though detectable. Considering the thin body for an Imp Stout, hot pepper beer lovers should unanimously enjoy this beer IMO. I did.
