Cask. No sparkler. Almost jet black with a thin creamy coloured head. Sudsy lacing.
Smells of charred wholemeal bread and tastes similar. Demi-sec.
Softly carbonated. Medium body.
Fairly ordinary stout with a decent ABV and very drinkable.
