Cask. Sparkler used. Old copper/amber in colour. Clear with a thin tight head.
A mild green hop and sweet caramel aroma.
Tastes pretty bitter as the hops show themselves. A green veggie flavour.
Cask conditioned feel.
This tastes a few days old in the keg. I'm sure a new dispense would be better.
Labelled as an American Amber and just about fitted the style with the green bittering hops and caramel.
