Cask. Sparkler used. Light to mid amber with a narrow creamy head.
Smells of fruity green hops with a bit of caramel.
A nicely balanced flavour. A mildly bitter resin present set against sweet digestive biscuit.
Light to medium body. A bit of a fizz and yet soft.
Very easy drinking and similar to a hoppy bitter.
