This unique lager pours a pale straw color with a moderate head of
white foam that settles to a thin ring and light dusty layer. Nose of
honey sweet malts, lemon zest, orange zest, coriander, and light herbal
notes. Flavors follow the nose with lemon zest, orange zest, some light
breaded malt notes, light coriander, and light herbal hops touched with
honey sweet malt and light cereal grains. Mouth feel is medium light,
medium carbonation, and a herbal and citrus dashed finish.

Overall, a unique brew....definitely a hybrid.

16 ounce can, canned on 10/06/22. Served in an Endeavor pint glass, the beer pours a somewhat clear gold color with about an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like sweet malt, corn, wheat and coriander. Taste is just like the aroma to me. White lager is a good description for this beer, kinda like a lager/witbier hybrid. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and a bit slick with a good amount of soft carbonation. Thought this was a good overall sessionable brew. I'd drink this one year round, nice easy drinking and flavorful brew.
