Pitch black color with a thick caramel head.
Aroma with notes of coffee, cocoa and maple.
Flavor with notes of licorice, roasted coffee beans, cola, cocoa and maple. Dry and roasted aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Full body with appropriate carbonation of tiny bubbles.
Ignoring its sweetness as somewhat expected from a Pastry Stout, it is very flavorful with intense cocoa, maple and coconut notes.
