What an exciting collaboration with local barbecue restaurant - Mr. Pig Stuff!! The Mr. Pig Stuff team smoked Vienna malt with cherry wood that gives this beer classic Rauchbier smoke, malt, and bready flavors with a unique BBQ flare. Pours amber with just a hint of smokey haze.

Tap room pour.
Clear amber colored body. Limited head and lacing.
Aroma of malt and slight smoke.
Taste of darker malt and toast. Slight smoke and meat which increased as the beer warmed.
Thin to medium mouth feel.
I am always up for trying a new Rauchbier. This one is okay but only hints at the smoke/meat that is characteristic of the style.
