He couldn't leave well enough alone, could he?! No, our brewer HAD to play around in the unknown. Taking one of our favorite styles of beer and turning the dial to 11 resulted in a Dopplebock on steroids! This super delicious, super limited brew is deep copper in color with ruby highlights, with aromatic notes of dark fruits, dried dates, burnt sugar, candied orange peel and a noticeable and pleasant note of alcohol warmth. Expect flavor notes to mirror that of the nose, with the added addition of dried golden raisins. This full bodied offering goes down super smooth, with lower carbonation and a pleasing alcohol that lingers.
