From the growler via the brewery in a snifter while hanging out with friends
Bluejacket74 and Laura! Cheers! This monster pours a dark blackish brown with
dark tea highlights and a nice head of kahki foam that settles to a thick ring, faint
wafting layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose of dark chocolate, coffee, rich cream,
brulee, and dark fruits. Flavors follow pretty nicely with dark chocolate, cream, char,
brulee, coffee, and dark fruits of black and blueberry. Nice mouth feel; low
carbonation, smooth, coating, full body, and finishing rich and sweet without
being cloying.
Well presented and an absolute stunner!
