16.9 ounce wax capped bottle, purchased at the brewery when visiting there with Brutaltruth a few months ago. No bottle dating that I noticed on the label or bottle. Served in a snifter, the beer pours a somewhat clear amber color with about an inch or so off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good! The brew smells like pineapple, vanilla, cream and a bit of bready malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some bourbon, caramel, dark fruit and a bit of sweet spiciness. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's coating and a bit creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this blonde stout, and I liked the brews when I tried them at the brewery earlier this year. Definitely worth trying if you're into white/blonde stouts!

From the 1 pt 9 fl oz bottle in a snifter via the brewery bought while hanging out with
Laura and Bluejacket74! Cheers! This unique blonde imperial stout pours a lightly murky
dark amber with a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and
shows some nice lacing. Nose of pineapple, bourbon, vanilla, cream, and sweet bread notes.
Flavors excel with additions to the nose with vanilla, cream, graham, cherry, pineapple, bourbon,
and sweet caramel. Nice mouth feel; medium body leaning towards medium full, light carbonation,
smooth, and finishing lightly dry.

Overall-a solid little hybrid brew.

Cheers
