my first ever beer from these guys, tasty but not mind blowing, well made and better than pedestrian, a good food beer, and more drinkable than many. definitely in that session ipa range and not just because its lower in alcohol, its also reserved in body and bitterness, almost hits like a pale ale, but the hops still have some intensity, just dont stay with me through the swallow, which makes this refreshing for the style. golden color, near clear, and with an average white head with fine retention from the faucet. aroma here is modern but familiar hops, pineapple from the can, tangerine, and light grassiness. the malt seems real fresh, contributes a pleasant honey note without making the beer sweet overall, nice base for this. the flavor comes in waves, some tight minerality and melon up front, pale barley with an earthiness to it in the middle and just enough structure, and finally a wash of lemongrass and catty mosaic character, although im not positive whats in this. i think this makes sense in this part of the country where hot and humid is common, this cuts through that, drinks easy, and has enough flavor without kicking me in the mouth. in that context i dont need to be real picky, and this hit the mark. stands up well to spicy food too. hope to try more from these guys next time i am in the peach state!

12 oz can. No date found on the can.
Appearance. This has a cloudy, pale orange body and an oversized, foamy head. Sudsy lacing is left on the glass.
Aroma. Mild for the style and considering the (moderate) strength of the flavor.
Flavor. Notably harmonious mix of tropical fruits, with faint breadiness and some light herbal notes.

Picked up off the single shelf at Legacy.
LOOK: Pours a crystal clear golden color with an abundant white fluffy head that maintains a presence throughout.
AROMA: Melon and citrus rind, aromatic hops and bread malts.
TASTE: UMM, still getting the melon, (cantaloupe) along with some tangerine, orange and toasty malts.
Enjoyed this beer. Good one from a small local craft brewer.

Purchased in cans. First pour had a lot of head. A bit too much. But a very tasty and light beer for an IPA. Has a nice golden haze. A nice citrus smell. This is actually a real nice mosaic to start with. Even just starting to acquire an IPA taste. Light and not heavy. One can easily drink a number of these fairly quick if you aren’t careful.
