Can to English pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking controlled tainted cranberry red color. Not much transparency. The head was about a finger's worth of white foamy head sliding off eloquently and leaving a wonderful look of speckled clingy lace intricate and weaving fully all over my glass.
The aroma spoke of fully squeezed cranberries, sweet, tart and with an edge of sour spotting at small touches of lemon.
The flavor seems to mesh together the cranberry with some lemon and a crisp tart blend of wheat to cranberry rolling into the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps a touch under and having a fine sessionability about it. Good carbonation and ABV. Cranberry tart and sweet crisp finish.
Overall, what an absolutely fantastic cranberry wheat ale that I would love to have with a Thanksgiving meal! Wish I would have had this sooner.
