Poured from a 16 oz can purchased from 802 Store in Manchester. Unknown birth date. Pours pale yellow with decent white head that rapidly recedes. A bit thin, especially given the style. Decent.

Mill River was the lunch destination for Alewife and me on 23SEP20. I had a 12oz pour of this to lead off.

The small sniftah held a dull, pale, straw colored brew. Had a very light, creamy, fluffy white head which lasted well. Lacing was on the lighter side. Smelled appealing, with semisweet, juicy citrus present. Body was medium, with decent smoothness.

Flavor, though, was another story. It was rather bland, with only hints of citrus finding my palate. Some grapefruit and pithy orange were about all I could detect in this rather dry, devoid of flavor bier....

12 oz. can.
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch fleeting white head over a very hazy light straw colored body with scant lacing. Nose of citrus, tropical fruit, and slight pine with a bit of floral attributes as well. Taste of orange mostly with a finish of citrus pith bitterness. Good feel and overall, a nice little IPA from the women of St. Albans, VT. Cheers!

Can to tulip.
The appearance was a murky to hazy stiff to burnt yellow color quickly dissipating to barely leave any lace.
The aroma had some shaved citrus rind, bitter and zesty with a keen boldness of orange sweetness. Sly biscuit malts, very clean.
The flavor moderately leads with the citrus rind, somewhat bitter, but a slight zest and orange sweetness. Nice shaved citrus rind bittersweetness in the aftertaste and a subtle hop spice.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Nothing distracting but definitely a noticeable beer that will be a sipper due to the zesty harshness punching at my tongue. There's no hop heat. Nice zesty to spicy finish.
Overall, it's a bit different than a lot of the cookie cutter New England styled IPA's but honestly, it definitely fits the style. I'd have again.

Pours a whitish-gold with a thick head into my glass. Light, crisp citrus aroma in nose, likely mango. Juicy, tart hop bite is quite refreshing, with a good touch of sweet malt at the back. Clean finish, not too much bitterness lingers. A hell of a good start in IPAs from this brand new brewery in St.Albans.
