A play on the movie Thelma & Louise.
Appearance - Pours a hazy apricot with two fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, pineapple, apricot, citrus peel, orange rind, hint of papaya and passion fruit, bready malts and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus and tropical hops upfront. The pineapple, apricot, citrus peel, orange rind, hint of papaya and passion fruit follows suit. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes with a pleasant stickiness with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A flavourful NE Pale Ale that makes a true stand out in the plethora of Cowtown craft breweries. A pleasant brew that is a delight to have on this warm pre-summer evening here in Cowtown.
