Appearance - Pours a hazy apricot with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, pineapple, apricot, citrus and orange peel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus and tropical hops upfront. The pineapple, apricot, citrus and orange peel follow suit. The bready malts and earthy yeast finish the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes slightly off-dry with the hops and tropical fruits lingering.
Overall - A flavourful and bold ISA that is full of flavour. This is very sessionable and this brew supports a good cause. If you find yourself at the brewery or at a local liquor store you best not leave without a can of this!
