Single Hop ale with Simcoe (9/23/17). The Simcoe hops are well represented as this is a very earthy beer with fleeting notes of citrus and citrus rind. Rather light mouthfeel for an ale with this character. Exceptionally drinkable fresh off the tap from the brewery.
