Look no further than the wizard's crystal ball for the fourth installment of Comet Week.
Thursday at opening we have ourselves a re-imagined TWIN COMET, a Double NEIPA, packed with everything we love about our flagship BLUE COMET, with an additional dry hop of Galaxy, and a boosted ABV. Huge notes of peach and mango cut through on this beer like two comets ripping through the night sky.

Reviewing from memory, have had this brew a few times. My seventh brew reviewed from these guys. This beer is solid. I have not seen recently, may have been discontinued?

Pours a hazy golden in a non-murky. Some orange citrus aroma with papaya as well. It's driven by ripe papaya and pineapple notes with underlying orange peel and zest underpinning. I really enjoyed this one. It might have lacked some of the depth that I desire but it hit its one or two notes really well.

Can. Fresh as a daisy. Nearing opaque but not quite there. There is some light penetration. Nice white cap of head. Aroma is of pineapple flavored edibles. Tropical fruit with an undertone of cannabis. Flavor is heavy on the candied-sweet hop.Not my favorite. Was expecting more dynamic flavors but this is overly sugary sweet. Soft mouthfeel with a slight buzzing of carbonation. Meh.

Great beer. Very floral, wonderful combo of fruit: melon, pear, citrus, spicy hoppy- without a sharp bitterness. Another excellent New England brewed beer.
