Dry, hoppy, biscuity malt, crisp, overall a decent beer.

Pours a golden with good transparency, this feels at least visually like a beer that has been lagered extensively and allowed to clear up. The aroma is not as inviting. It smells like a Lost Abbey Farmhouse Lager or a Beersel lager. I am not sure how to describe the flavor. It's kind of like a non estery or phenolic saison, that rustic pilsner malt character. Faint banana, that's it! This is fine, but it's not good.

Canned 2021/12/23
Pours foamy fizzy 1 finger head with moderate retention, little lacing, semi hazy golden straw color

Nose very soft doughy malt, grainy, straw, raw bread dough, a bit of vanilla, wheat I think, a little fruity cereal, hint lemon

Taste more straw and doughy malt, bread dough, little cereal and grain, soft creamy wheat I think again, little fruity note, light grassy herbal hop with med light bitterness, drier soft lager finish with med hop bitterness getting a touch spicy

Mouth is med to lighter bod, a touch creamy, soft lager, med to higher frothy carb

Overall not bad, decent beer in general but not really sure what style pilsner, my best guess is maybe Italian?
