Sstainless 006 is the sixth release in our rotating IPA series! With this series we truly hope to push the limits of our brewhouse and our own processes. With this batch we really wanted to experiment with yeast profiles and how a different strain can play within a Widowmaker NEIPA. Utilizing a massive Citra hop profile which we complimented with Apollo and a blend of new-to-us yeast strains we are finding this version of Sstainless to be oozing notes of orange juice goodness! We are pretty confident that this beer will transform into a beer we brew much more often.

Aroma of pine and citrus.
Strong resinous, piney, citrus taste.
Sharp, hoppy finish.
Excellent beer. Serve slightly colder.
