Reign Drips is an imperial milk stout brewed with Vietnamese coffee, Vietnamese cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of graham cracker. At is base this beer offers complex layers of dark chocolate and caramel. The richness of the coffee provides a luxurious mocha character that is balanced with the sweetness of the cinnamon and vanilla. This beer was brewed with coffee geniuses from Reign Drink Lab in Dorchester along with their coffee beans!

Excellent imperial milk stout from the Massachusetts brewer. Very distinctive chocolate taste- the Vietnamese chocolate and cinnamon blend together for an wonderful flavor profile. The mouth feel is very smooth- the beer is brewed with lactose. No bitterness whatsoever. A pleasure to drink.

Canned 11/02/20 "November Reign"
Pours a giant frothy thick 2 finger dark brown head with a bit of foamy lacing, good retention, jet black color

Nose brings lots of creamy lactose milk sugar, almost burnt milk sugar with milk and dark chocolate, fresh nutty roasted coffee, mocha and some creme brulee, little cocoa and fudge with some rich vanilla, a bit of baking spice, just a hint of cinnamon that I wouldn't find if I wasn't looking for it,

Taste brings more rich cocoa fudge and milk chocolate, more of that caramelized lactose milk sugar, almost burnt like, with some roast, a smooth nutty earthy coffee without harsh roast, then cinnamon kicks in, not overpowering but a more rich cinnamon than normal, but also spicy, a bit of baking spice, a little rich vanilla again, a little roasted malt and caramel fudge, light smooth alcohol flavor, fair bitterness, drier finish but a little sticky, little more alcohol, cinnamon spice and vanilla

Mouth is fuller bod, quite creamy and rich, med to a bit lighter foamy creamy carb, light warming alcohol

Overall not bad, I thought the coffee would be a bit more prominent, and the cinnamon on the aroma, but the base milk stout is the main attraction here which I def can't complain about, but nothing really clashed either and homogenized smoothly, and no real burnt or acrid, so pretty well done in the end
